Hello, lovely brides-to-be! I’m Saffron, the makeup artist behind Makeup By Saffron. With over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialise in creating beautiful, long-lasting bridal makeup that enhances your natural features and makes you feel like the very best version of yourself.

​

My career has taken me from working with some of the world’s most prestigious beauty brands, including NARS, Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown, to working alongside Laura Mercier herself at events in London and New York.
 

I’ve also had the privilege of working with celebrities and attending events at Vogue House.

My extensive professional training includes qualifications in Beauty Therapy, specialist media makeup training at Brushstrokes Makeup School at Shepperton Film Studios, and further training with leading luxury beauty brands.

But beyond the products, techniques and experience, what I love most about my job is people.

My bridal service includes thoughtful touches designed to make your experience extra special:

✨ Individual mini touch-up bags for your bridal party, helping everyone feel prepared for the celebrations ahead.

✨ A helping hand with getting dressed, because those final moments before you put on your dress should feel special, not stressful.

From your initial enquiry to the finishing touches on your wedding morning, my aim is to make the experience feel seamless, personal and enjoyable.

YOUR WEDDING, YOUR WAY

Based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, I have a beautiful makeup studio where I welcome brides for trials, makeup lessons and special occasion makeups.

On your wedding day, I travel to your chosen location, whether that’s a local venue, a countryside estate, a luxury hotel or somewhere a little further afield.

I’m available for weddings throughout Hertfordshire, across the UK and internationally for destination weddings.

For larger bridal parties, I can also connect you with a selection of talented hair stylists and makeup artists I regularly work alongside, helping you create the perfect team for your morning.
